frazras Posted June 7, 2018 Share Posted June 7, 2018 My website sees a lot of refunds. This is because customers think the product will work for their specific purpose but it does not. Currently, I can only refund in the admin interface. Would it be possible for someone to create a self-refund button that cancels the client's product and triggers a refund through their payment gateway? If I may I recommend also to enable this button for only set number of days (i.e 7 days from the purchase) after which it would disappear. This way your Clients will have an option to test the product and refund if needed, and they will not overuse this function. And if some of them will need refund after that they can still ask you to do it.
