BhushanPatil Posted May 31, 2018 Share Posted May 31, 2018 Hello there, I recently got CCAvenue gateway for my website and configured payment gateway with data provided by CCAvenue, but after clicking on checkout button CCAvenue shows the "Transaction Error Page". WHMCS ChrisD Posted May 31, 2018 Share Posted May 31, 2018 Hi @BhushanPatil Are you using CCAvenue API v2 or CCAvenue under Setup > Payments > Payment Gateways ? If you are using CCAvenue. This module connects to CC Avenue's legacy system at https://www.ccavenue.com/shopzone/cc_details.jsp. CC Avenue have recently introduced a separate new system, the CCAvenue module is not currently compatible with this new system. If you are on the new System you'll need CCAvenue API V2 and ensure your credentials are correct per the below All of the login information for API Access can be obtained from CCAvenue M.A.R.S Account under Settings -> API Keys. If you are unable to locate this option, please contact CCAvenue Support. Merchant Id - This is a numerical value - eg. 2193 Access Code - An uppercase mix of letters and numbers - eg. F94007DF1640D69A Working Key - An uppercase mix of letters and numbers - eg.
