zomex
Hello there, I am experiencing 2 bugs in my system since updating WHMCS to the latest. Wondering if anyone has come across these: 1. When replying to a support ticket both in the front-end and back-end a server error is showed but only when there is a attachment added to the reply. The ticket does go through as normal even with this error. 2. Using iWHMCS when replying to a ticket using the predefined reply link I receive the following: "Error - An unknown error occurred" Thanks
wp4all
Hi, I just made a test and recognise also an error so far I add a attachment. I tested it with .jpg, .gif, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .csr, .zip, and get the error that the extension is not allowed to upload . But as you can see the extension is listed to be allowed.
