nicolas
Hello Community, I'm trying to move from TOTP to YUBIKEY Two-Factor auth. By now, double auth was forced for staff with TOTP. I disabled TOTP and enabled YUBIKEY but I need some hint to proceed.. 1° I used API key with "standard info@" company email. Is this the correct way to do? Will every YUBIKEY user have to somehow link it's email? 2° TOTP is disabled and YUBICO in on, but when I login I still can use TOTP token and don't get how to login with YUBIKEY since WHMCS will only take the first 6char "cccccc" Any help would be appreciated! Please find config screenshot, we are running WHMCS 7.5.1 Regards, Nicolas Edited April 28, 2018 by WHMCS ChrisD Removed image as it contained PII
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 1, 2018 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 1, 2018 Hi @nicolas, Please disable the TOTP authentication for you user via the "My Accounts"page within the admin area (in the top-left corner of the page). You can then configure your Yubikey thereafter.
