The customer has a $45 credit balance This customer has a paypal subscription and their paypal keeps charging. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 26, 2018 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 26, 2018 Hi @dataforge, The invoice was paid by credit in the first instance, but it looks like the client has a PayPal Subscription which sends payment to you every month. WHMCS handles such overpayments elegantly by crediting them to the client's account. You can view these overpayments via the "Manage Credits" link on the client's Summary tab.
