Ahzam
I have upgraded my whmcs to 7.5. After upgrade the viewinvoices.php in client area and invoices.php in admin are throwing error like "Oops!Something went wrong and we couldn't process your request.". I have checked the logs and it is giving error like "[12-Apr-2018 15:46:56] PHP Fatal error: Call to protected method WHMCS\Invoice::loadData() from context '' in /public_html/client/viewinvoice.php on line 0". Also the same error is coming after client submitting a ticket. Is anyone else facing the same issue or i am the only one. Kindly, help me out with this. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 13, 2018 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 13, 2018 Hi @Ahzam, This error is caused by customisations to your templates. Please switch to the stock Six template as an immediate workaround. You can then take a closer look at your custom template files and make sure the relevant updates have been applied: https://docs.whmcs.com/Version_7.5.0_Release_Notes#Template_Changes
Ahzam
I have not applied any custom templates or any. I am just using the default template six from beginning. And i have automatic update from the whmcs admin panel. Can you please tell the steps on how to switch the template with the previous one if needed. Thanks in advance
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 13, 2018 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 13, 2018 Hi, You can obtain a fresh copy of the invoicepdf.tpl file from the full release file at https://download.whmcs.com Then upload it to your installation in the /templates/*your active template*/ directory Finally, clear your template cache via Utilities > System > System Cleanup.
