Multiple customer Invoice?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

For the third time running, my clients are receiving invoices for double the actual price. The hosting plan should charge £1.49 per month, but as shown in a invoice screenshot below, the invoice is charging people twice. How can I resolve this so it no longer charges you twice per invoice?

in the client's profile -> products tab, how many products does she have linked to this domain name?? if it's 2 (possibly one active, one suspended?), with the same next due date, then there's the answer.

if it's just one, then something weird is going on.

Only one, it was the first thing I attempted to check.

I think you might need to open a ticket with support about this... could be a bug, might be an issue in the database, may be caused by an addon etc... difficult to tell from the outside, so getting someone to look under the hood might be the quickest way to figure out what's going on.

there was another thread about WHMCS doubling invoice amounts, but that was one amount doubled, as opposed to duplicate line item entries..

if I recall correctly from another thread, you said that you got your license from a reseller - if so, you still qualify to get support direct from WHMCS and there is no need to login, just use the https://www.whmcs.com/submit-a-ticket-reseller/ link.

if you/support find the solution, don't forget to update the thread.
