Hi guys, For the third time running, my clients are receiving invoices for double the actual price. The hosting plan should charge £1.49 per month, but as shown in a invoice screenshot below, the invoice is charging people twice. How can I resolve this so it no longer charges you twice per invoice?

I would report this through the bug link, but I don't have a whmcs client account due to being from a reseller. Everything relating to my whmcs website was working smoothly for the past several days until a few hours ago. I'm getting clients placing new orders and support tickets but the client activity box on the admin homepage is no longer updating. I've even attempted to login as my test account and it's not updated to the recent login time as it usually does. I just created a new user account and it has updated and added that to the record. I've checked my cron automation setting and it's running every 5 minutes as scheduled.

I'm currently working on a new concept for my website, and i'm just wondering if it's possible to restrict access to a custom page unless the person is a member of the group? - which is assigned to them upon ordering the related product?

Yes it was a clean install. I've eventually managed to solve the issue. It seems to of been caused by renaming the whmcs index.php file to index2.php whilst my website is under development. (I did this because it's installed on my parent domain and didn't want users to see my potential theme until launch).

Hello! I've decided to make a complete new installation of my whmcs and i've encountered new bugs in this new version. - I've tried reinstalling it 2 more times, but still nothing seems to solve the issue. - I haven't had this issue in the previous update, it's only just occured now i've installed using the new version. All these issues arise on the admin homepage. 1. Last Automation Run: Never NEEDS ATTENTION - doesnt change, even though the last run was 5 minutes ago, according to the automation page. 2. I noticed the Billing tab/widget wasn't increasing when I got a new payment, I clicked the refresh tab and it fades into the background, but nothing happens. 3. All tabs/widgets when refreshed remains faded and doesn't refresh. 4. All tabs/widgets, when removed from homepage, re-appear upon page reload.

HI there, A client of mine wants me to build them a rental website and use WHMCS as the alternative booking system for them, I'm stuck at one key issue though. When someone books/orders a product, an invoice is instantly activated. - is it possible to delay the invoice creation until that order has manually been accepted by the team? I have the order form setup with a configuration option "booking date" & "minimum hours" - I want it so that when they submit the order, it requires manual approval to verify the dates are availale, and if so, the team accepts the order & it then issues the invoice.
