Prevent Invoice Creation

Suspended services may actually have invoices generated as well. IF you have ' Continuous Invoice Generation ' turned on ( whmcs admin -> settings -> invoices )

Some choose to continue to generate invoices, because technically (from a hosting standpoint), you're still serving the customer . DNS is still pointing to you, you still hold their data, and backups are still provided. Soooo, in some cases you want this to be done.

Now, if you don't want the invoice generated when clients are suspended, then untick ' Continuous Invoice Generation '.

Of course, this won't prevent invoice generation if the client is suspended due to TOS reasons (say spam, abuse, malware, blah blah blah) . Not even sure there's a way to do that, technically speaking, since, again, you still do host the account

If i disable this option , i think system will not create any invoices if there is any unpaid invoice. But we are not happy with that :) . We need only block the invoice creation if product is suspended.
