WHMCS Technical Analyst II WHMCS Alex Posted March 4, 2018 WHMCS Technical Analyst II Share Posted March 4, 2018 Hello, Thank you for your post! This error most commonly occurs when there is a cPanel account that already exists for that domain name, however, it can be the case that no account exists but as the error advises, the domain already exists in the Apache configuration - I would advise having your hosting provider or server admin investigate this. I do note that you have stated that this happens for every domain for this customer - are you attempting to create accounts that already exist on the server, inside WHMCS? If so, you can import them correctly using the WHM import tool: https://docs.whmcs.com/CPanel/WHM_Import If this isn't the case, it may be that when the order is placed and the module create function is invoked, the cPanel account is created but an error prevents WHMCS from receiving a successful response to the module create action, resulting in the error you have provided when manually trying to provision this account. You can test this by deleting the account on the cPanel server and attempting to use the module create button inside WHMCS whilst using your browsers network analyzer tool to ensure a successful response is returned, should anything such as a 500 error be returned, you will need to work with your server admin or host to resolve that. I hope this helps.
