Hi I am using WHMCS for the last three Years for our Hosting Business. Recently our Hosting Company changed cPanel to DirectAdmin due to save cost. Now I have added New Server in WHMCS with Directadmin. When testing the connection I am getting following Error: FAILED: The%20request%20you%27ve%20made%20cannot%20be%20executed%20because%20it%20does%20not%20exist%20in%20your%20authority%20level Kindly help.

Hello I have recently configured WHMCS for Hosting solution. URL is cloud2host.in. From the last three days I am observing Dummy clients creation in WHMCS. Allthough I have deleted all these accounts from WHMCS Database but again same process is continuing. I raised a ticket with my Hosting Company but they say since It is a Third party software, we can not provide any solution. I am just attaching screen shot these accounts for your observation. Can anybody help? It seems to be WHMCs Site Hacking by any Third Party software. Regards Meera

Hello. I want to change system & Other URL of WHMCS . My hosting company has set up that URL as Alias i.e Primary domain is cloud2host.in & alias as ms24hosting.com. Now I want to change URL in WHMCS from ms24hosting.com to cloud2host.in. How can I change? While going through the various topics I found the following relating to change in URL: Replace http://www.yourdomain.com/whmcs/ with the actual System URL value of your installation: UPDATE `tblconfiguration` SET value ='http://www.yourdomain.com/whmcs/' WHERE setting='SystemURL'; UPDATE `tblconfiguration` SET value = '' WHERE setting = 'SystemSSLURL'; UPDATE `tblconfiguration` SET value = '' WHERE setting = 'AdminForceSSL'; If above Procedure is correct, Can anybody guide me exact syntax because It is giving error ?

Hello. I have started WHMCS & Integrated with my WEBSITE through sub directory. Now intially when I tested as a customer, It is showing order as pending "my.ms24hosting.com” already exists in the Apache configuration.". Can anybody help in use of WHMCs , Why I am getting this error? How can I test that It is working fine? Regards MS24

Hello. I want to start Hosting business & accordingly installed WHMCS in sub-directory & main word press website in root. Now I want to create a link between the two. Whereas It is easy to create link from WP to WHMCS but how can I create from WHMCS to WP? Can anybody provide solution for the same?

Thanks. Now position is different. I have now removed WHMCs & installed Wordpress site now I will try to install WHMCS in another directory. Is it Okay? Can anybody tell the procedure? Most of blogs advise WHMCS Pugin with wordpress but without installing WHMCS how can WP integrated with WHMCS? My hosting company has provided free licence for WHMCS & It has to be installed in the cPanel.

Hi! I created website & then Installed WHMCS in the root directory index.php.. Both are in root. Can I edit/change root directory of WHMCS Index.php? If yes, How? Regards m24
