Ingá Contas Contabilidade
1 - I have my account in Resellerclub (one through whmcs and another I did directly); 2- I go to the Whmcs domain registration item and place the ID and API of one of the accounts there; answer » ResellerclubDon't have a ResellerClub Account yet? Get one here: www.whmcs.com/partners/resellerclub 1 - I go to addons item and choose Official Reseller club; 2 - I put the ID of one of the accounts and the API; answer Credential Invalid It's only been 3 months since I've been trying to resolve this together with Reseller Club support. In both cases the answer is the same. Both with the account I created independently, and with the one created within the Whmcs. Let's die of old people and we will not be able to create a domain register here. No one knew or can tell why this happens. So far a true mystery. After 3 months trying to figure it out with people I imagined they should know. Santa has a little bag next to mine. On the other hand, I'm on the edge. Fighting even with who says to me Bom Dia. Ha ha ha. Can someone help me?

Ingá Contas Contabilidade
Friend. I thought I explained in a clear way, but it seems I was not understood: * I have two resellerclub accounts; * One that opened independently, out of WHMCS ; * Another one that I opened internally by WHMCS; Out of WHMCS I access both accounts normally. I just go there and log in. Beauty. Accounts access. When i try to do this within WHMCS to integrate the resellerclub i received the WHMCS message that i can not account. So there's something i did not do, or some internal WHMCS error. The failure is in the WHMCS, not the accounts by what you see. WHMCS ChrisD
Hello @Ingá Contas Contabilidade Integrating ResellerClub with WHMCS requires additional setup steps, you failed to outline in your initial post if you had completed these or not, hence my questioning to determine the steps you have taken to resolve this so far, the better quality information you provide the better we can assist you As you have done all the steps outlined at https://docs.whmcs.com/ResellerClub#Configuration we can troubleshoot this further Just to confirm the exact error you are receiving is "Credential Invalid" and this is the exact wording of this error? Do you get this after saving the ResellerID and APIKey or somewhere else? Please go to Utilities > Logs > Module Debug Log > Enable Module Debug then head to Setup > Products/Services > Domain Registrars then enter your ResellerClub ResellerID an APIKey and head back to Utilities > Logs > Module Debug Log please reply to this thread with the input and output removing any personal information so we can help you further. Ingá Contas Contabilidade
This is my friend. When I include the resellerclub ID and API in Whmcs I get this message. Credential Invalid. That's not addons. In the domain registrar when I add the resellerclub ID and API the answer is that I do not have an account in the reseller. Is the IP of your WHMCS whitelisted in Resellerclub?
