WHMCS on subdomain pipe problem

HI, I moved WHMCS to subdomain (separate cPanel account) but our main support email to pipe is on main site cPanel account, now, is only solution to use POP3 pipe or there is still way to pipe emails to WHMCS with orginal method ?

Thanks for your post, as these are on a separate cPanel account now, no, you wouldn't be able to use piping.

Is there any reason you've opted to use a separate cPanel account over a standard one.
