OWMConsulting
Hello Community! Hoping to get some support from the community as I'm pending a ticket reply from WHMCS. We recently updated our WHMCS install from 7.4.1 to 7.4.2. Immediately afterward, we discovered an error that is only affecting our Admin interface: Oops!Something went wrong and we couldn't process your request. Please go back to the previous page and try again.Whoops\Exception\ErrorException: Module 'timezonedb' already loaded in Unknown:0Stack trace:#0 /.../.../public_html/vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/Utility/Error/Run.php(0): WHMCS\Utility\Error\Run->handleError(32, 'Module 'timezon...', 'Unknown', 0)#1 [internal function]: WHMCS\Utility\Error\Run->handleShutdown()#2 {main} Everything worked fine before and there have been no changes to the server or timezonedb. Any thoughts on what would be causing this? Kind regards, Bryce Wisekal
brian!
Hi Bryce, the first thing that I would do would be to download the full release of WHMCS v7.4.2 from download.whmcs.com and upload the 'vendor' folder again via FTP... I don't know how you did the update to v7.4.2, whether it was the incremental manual update or the automatic updater, but it's possible that a file got corrupted during the upload... and hopefully reuploading will fix this at no risk (because you shouldn't have any existing customisations in the 'vendor' folder. WHMCS Technical Analyst II WHMCS Alex Posted January 17, 2018 WHMCS Technical Analyst II Share Posted January 17, 2018 Hello, Thanks for your post! This appears to be a server configuration issue and not something caused by WHMCS software itself. Doing some searching on the internet, I found the following cPanel article which seems to have a solution: https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/modules-already-loaded.262092/ Open /usr/local/lib/php.ini, locate timezonedb.so and remove duplicate entry's then restart Apache. However, if that does not help, I'd recommend you get back in touch with your web host or server admin for further assistance with this. I hope this helps.
