cezar Posted January 12, 2018 Share Posted January 12, 2018 Hi, i have a problem when i want to acces cart in whmcs, i receive the message: Unable to load your shopping cart. Please contact support. This problem is just when i activate module PaaS Extension for WHMCS (https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/3282) , this module is compatible with the verssion 7 .4 of WHMCS, my installation is updated.... If i deactivate this module, it is ok everything works well, but i need this module because i sell PaaS services..... I don't have a custom theme or orderform....... **If i specify in link ?carttpl=standard_cart, it's worging...... Someone can help me ? I'm assuming you've modified this, but have you modified it, or compared it to standard_cart? sentq Posted January 13, 2018 Share Posted January 13, 2018 is the default cart template a custom template or one of the built-in? if custom you probably need to get it updated/compatible with the latest version of WHMCS you have. also check Admin Area -> Utilities -> Logs -> Activity Log page for related error records, if you didn't find errors in the Activity Log, then activate the "Log Errors" and "Display Errors" options in Admin -> Setup -> General Settings -> Other tab. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
cezar Posted January 13, 2018 Author Share Posted January 13, 2018 Hi, i have solved my issue: The module "PaaS Extension for WHMCS" have a hook file,in that file there are 4 rows with a script that put a link in nav menu, this link it is for redirect the user in jelastic panel, I have comment this and now it is ok.
