vinc1402 Posted December 31, 2017 Share Posted December 31, 2017 Hello whmcs, I have some clients on a recurring cycle. Now the system keeps sending out invoices generated and reninder emails. So sometimes the client paid manually (because the emails) and a day later 2checkout.com runs the same invoice again and the client is charged twice for the same service. WHMCS Marcus Posted January 2, 2018 Share Posted January 2, 2018 Unfortunately there is not currently a way to prevent those email notices from sending. You can, however, customize the content of the email that is sent to include a note for the client.
