xlegends Posted November 27, 2017 Share Posted November 27, 2017 hi guys, about a week ago, I unchecked PAYPAL from existing payment gateways. So as planned paypal option is no longer available for new order.. The issue is I am still getting heavy paypal payments. my questions is this due to invoices being generated before I disabled it? or will they continue on the new renewal invoices because the customer paid previously with it? xlegends Posted November 28, 2017 Author Share Posted November 28, 2017 hi chris, I dont have any subscriptions or auto payments enabled. an invoice is generated and they have to manually make the payment whether PP or stripe.. as I said I disabled the PP gateway so why am i still getting a few PP payments come in? my guess is the invoice was generated before I cancelled the gateway? WHMCS ChrisD Posted December 2, 2017 Share Posted December 2, 2017 Hi Xlegends, When you disable your gateway it should switch out to the other gateway, it is possible there are a few generated invoices still have this, please go into Billing > Invoice > Unpaid check for any with the Payment Method PayPal and change these Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
xlegends Posted December 2, 2017 Author Share Posted December 2, 2017 oh my god, there are tons. 90% and even the newly generated daily ones are showing PP. is there anyway way to change it globally or by command line from paypal to stripe?
