beckblurry Posted November 27, 2017 Share Posted November 27, 2017 Hi all, By the default ticket support whmcs facility have a logged activity with the time and departments who have participated on the ticket (in the tab log of ticket). Can we find out which ticket the longest time (accumulation count time) is at where the department? Or what additional module which provide it? Posted November 27, 2017 Share Posted November 27, 2017 I don't think there's currently any product in Marketplace that offers such a feature... there used to be an addon available in the App Store to buy called "Response Time Pro" which includes a report that gives average time / completion time for tickets, departments, clients etc - with a little effort, you might be able to tweak it to suit your needs. if you follow the order link in the above thread, you can now download it for free - it hasn't been updated in 5 years and won't be in the future, but I tried the report this morning in WHMCS v7.4.1 and it still works (if you use PHP v5.4+)... though there does seem to be a calculation error using PHP 7.0 it's not a long-term solution without modification, e.g the mysql queries will need to be updated to capsule/pdo to ensure it continues to work past WHMCS v8 or for PHP v7 - but it might be a good starting point for your issue.
