TimP Posted November 15, 2017 Share Posted November 15, 2017 Hi, We upgraded from about 7.1 to the latest 7.4.1 Now no customer can login. I have tried a ticket but getting no reply. Anyone any ideas on this? I do have custom templates but I have tried the default template and that too doesnt work. I have verified by replacing the fresh install files over mine and confirmed they are all "correct". I can login as an admin so not a session issue etc. Please help!
