Jeff Lephew
I have moved my whmcs install from a plesk server to a cpanel server as well as changed the site's domain name from www.website.com to www.newwebsite.net, everything is working fine besides credit card processing (authorize.net). the system health status reports only 4 warnings: Using default templates, insecure permissions, system cron tasks (off at the moment as i don't want invoices being generated when customers cant login to pay) and error reporting. When processing a test transaction with authorize.net I'm seeing the transaction show up in my reports on their end but whmcs never loads a page, just sits and spins... I'm wondering if there is a cache in the database or something that needs to be cleared?
WHMCS ChrisD
Hey @Jeff Lephew, No cache in the database, do you have any errors showing in the Billing Gateway Logs under Billing > Gateway Log I'd recommending also checking the server logs and your Chrome Developer console for any errors
Jeff Lephew
no, the only error is "card declined", I have tried a $5 test transaction also with a valid number and that went thru fine (both in the whmcs gateway log and on authorize.net's reports) but the page still never loaded. Jeff Lephew
It's also happenning when I try to mark an invoice as paid (when the customer pays in person) so I don't believe this has anything to do with credit cards.
Jeff Lephew
apparently it's not a payment gateway issue at all, it's an email issue, the server is timing out trying to send email via Office365, thanks for your help
