Danse
Hi, we have Customers with several recurring Products which was ordered each on other Days. is there a smooth Option or "How To" to set Invoices all to 1th of Month to have automatically WHMCS creates ONE Invoice instead of TEN Invoices each Month? It must be easy without Fails. We can't change Dates and Calculate Manually the difference Amount of that. Hope you understand as i can't explain that good in english. Any Ideas? WHMCS Product Manager WHMCS John Posted November 17, 2017 WHMCS Product Manager Share Posted November 17, 2017 Hi, This can be done using the "Bulk Actions" at the bottom of the client's Summary tab: https://docs.whmcs.com/Clients:Summary_Tab#Mass_Updating_Services.2FAddons.2FDomains Tick all the services you wish to change, Scroll down to the Bulk Actions section Click "Show Advanced Options" Change the "Next Due Date" to the new date in the future you wish all these services to have Tick the "Create Prorata Invoice" checkbox Click Apply WHMCS will generate an invoice for the difference between the current next due date and the new next due date for each service. Once paid, the Next Due Date on the services will be incremented forward to the date specified.

WHMCS Product Manager WHMCS John Posted November 19, 2017 WHMCS Product Manager Share Posted November 19, 2017 Hi, I would not recommend moving the Next Due Date backwards.
