Austin Posted November 12, 2017 Share Posted November 12, 2017 I noticed that you can filter orders with a GET variable like so:https://example.com/admin/orders.php?status=Pending I would like to be able to create a shortcut link for different ticket statuses like this: https://example.com/admin/supporttickets.php?status=inprogress Unfortunately that hasn't worked so far. Is there a way that I can accomplish this? My google fu and RTFMing has not turned anything up for me so far. Any help would be appreciated.
