Lucas Sutton Posted November 4, 2017 Share Posted November 4, 2017 My service info email is not showing my users login details. How can I get this to work. It is written in like this Your Username : {$service_username}Your Password : {$service_password} but it is not showing there details when the email is sent to them. It was working before but has seemed to stop since I changed some settings in my product/services but I’m sure that this would not affect the service details in the emails that are sent. Administrators WHMCS John Posted November 17, 2017 Administrators Share Posted November 17, 2017 Hi, This would suggest that the username and password are not set under the client's Products/Services tab at the time the email is sent.
