Hi,

How to edit register.php form?

I want to change Personal Information (Last name) to (Last 4-digits phone number)

for something like that, you could just use a Language Override and change...

$_LANG['orderForm']['lastName'] = "Last Name";

remember not to edit the language files directly, always use override files for all of the languages you need to change this for... also, you may need to edit other "Last Name" values in those files to ensure the changed value is shown in the client area.
