akiyuki
Hello. Knowledgebase articles not showing up when using non-latin character prefixed to KB titles I got a reply from whmcs support. " This is indeed intended behavior of WHMCS at this time. We purposely strip out any non-latin characters from the titles to prevent an unintentional attack vector on WHMCS. There is currently a feature request in to revisit this at a later date in the future but at this time, the only work around would be to include a latin character prefixed to your KB titles in order to have this work properly. " it's works until 6.x,but not 7.x anybody knows solutions? Thanks.
brian!
@sentq has posted a free action hook that fixes this - it works upto v7.2.2 and may work beyond (I haven't checked)... if it doesn't work in v7.3, reply to the thread below and sentq will likely reply. akiyuki
it was so bad change on 7.x. I can not use non Latin character(Japanese, Chinese) on knowledge base category and title anymore. I asked again,This is not bug whmcs says. " Hi, That is correct based upon the present handling, the a category and article names need to contain at-least one Latin character. " it works 6.x but not anymore on 7.x
