Upcoming 3.5 Kayako Integration

How will the rapidly approaching ver. 3.5 Kayako integration handle the fact that it has its own Knowledgebase, News section, Downloads section etc. We're currently using (I think) Adam's Kayako integration script which is great, but I've always thought having 2 sets of Knowledgebases, announcements etc. is a bit confusing.

If it can show tickets (as links is fine) to the end user, I don't care if I have to log in to Kayako to handle them. It's how I've been doing it all along. I just want the front end experience for the client to be as easy and user friendly as possible. What matters is making them happy by making everything easy to find. ;)

So can anyone (Matt?) please clarify whether or not the Kayako KB and Announcements will replace the WHMCS one or if I will have the choice of using one over the other? I'm just updating our KB now and might as well be working on the right one.

It's been made clear several times on this thread that all the WHMCS support stuff will be replaced with the Kayako support items if you choose to use the integration.

Bear mentioned that he assumed it was a one or the other choice. Someone else said they "believed" it replaced the entire support system. Before I go through the work of updating the entire Kayako KB, my request for a clarification still stands.
