Tickets view. leave the descending order fixed and permanent

Hello, in the ticket view if you press the header can be left ascending or descending. The problem is that every time I close the browser, the order is lost. In the configuration you can set this but only for the view of the responses of a ticket, but it does not affect the general list. Is there any way to leave the descending order fixed and permanent for all users?

Hi,

Are you referring to the client area or admin area list? I've had my list sorting unchanged for years This is a personalised setting however, there isn't currently an option to change the default column sorting it for all users.

John, admin area. In our system all users lose that preference when they close their browser
