Surely its in the options somewhere? there isn't any options.method to add additional levels of priority. https://requests.whmcs.com/topic/i-want-to-be-able-to-edit-my-whmcs-support-ticket-priorities you could edit the supportticket templates in both the client and admin areas to add additional priority levels, but as WHMCS is internally coded to use allow High, Medium & Low as options, it would convert any other priority level to Medium. it might be possible to use a hook to modify the priority value upon/after submission, but it would also need to run before the email confirmation was sent. so in summary, there's no quick way to do it! 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
