hello

I've added the screenshots as you can see i keep getting this error "please setup CYBERHOSTPRO server first".

but i have set up the server and have tested the connection which is successful(added screen shot of that as well)

cyberhost have looked into there module there doesnt seem to be a problem from there end. WHMCS is connecting to it as you can see from the server set up page. but does not seem to like it when i try to add VPS package

i cant raise i ticket with whmcs because my license comes part of a reseller package i dont have log in for the WHMCS website itself. So i was advised to post on the forum.

im kind of stuck any help would be appriciated.

thank you

because you got your license from a reseller, you do have the option of contacting WHMCS Reseller Support - you won't need to login to do that...

whether they would be able/willing to help, as they may consider it an issue with a third-party module, I don't know - but they'd be no harm in opening a ticket with them to find out.
