Internal error 500

Can anyone help me out with diagnosing the issue with installing whmcs I get an error 500 displayed and when I retrieve the error logs via SSH I get the out put as this:-

Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated as I have been working on this for 2 days.

So I have now been looking into this in more detail and have re-installed the system I am now aware that this has to be a permission based issue as I have been playing with the settings whilst reading the logs and also tried installing another script in php and this works without issue.
