Admin add order

Don't use: "Tick to hide from order form" in the individual product, but instead use a hidden group for products you don't want the public seeing. Create a group, call it what you like. When setting it up (or editing later) find this checkbox: "Check this box if this is a hidden group" and check it.

Any products you add or move to that group will be hidden from end users but still available in the admin area to assign to a client.

I juste have one question about adding a order in admin.

When i choose a product to not "Show on Order" i can't add it manualy to a order in admin ether.

This should be possible i think.

Something is not right. You need to submit a support ticket and let them have a look as hidden products etc should show up in the admin ordering system. It works on mine in 3.4.1 and has in past versions also.

Hidden is different from "Don't show on order form". AFAIK, hiding is to keep clients from seeing it, "don't show on order form" may be for keeping legacy clients on plans you no longer offer, since you can't delete them.

When I hide a group, it shows in admin, but not in the front end.

When I hit "don't show" in a product, it disappears from both.

When I choose "Tick to hide from order form" under a product or "Check this box if this is a hidden group" Under a product group, they are available to me through an admin order in the admin system, but not a client order through client area.

Where is the option you are checking that hides from both? Also what version?

I stand corrected. This condition no longer exists, but was present while I was first configuring things, probably as a result of something I did wrong. Sorry for any confusion.
OK I was looking all over for something that could cause the problem. Now that you mention it I recall this being a problem in an earlier release?
