rafaelmartinez Posted July 31, 2017 Share Posted July 31, 2017 After an update I see that the tickets arrive with -6 Hours and shows them with negative time on the server I am using the America/El_Salvador time zone, the same problem I see in the Cron Job Activity I have it programmed so that it activates at 9am and the system does at 3am. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
