PHP 7 & oath issue

Recommended Posts

Las fall I upgraded to WHMCS version 7. and at the same time switched my PHP to 7.0 as well. All was working fine until in the spring when I ran a WHMCS update and had a Oath errr. I downgraded back to PHP 5.6 at the time and want to get back to PHP 7.0.

When I switch to PHP 7.0, I get the below error:

Whoops\Exception\ErrorException: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library ‘q’ - /opt/cpanel/ea-php70/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/oath.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown:0

#1 [internal function]: WHMCS\Utility\Error\Run->handleShutdown()
#2 {main}

I've looked into my server and I can not find Oath in the PHP extensions (Not to be confused with OATH ... that is installed)

Can anyone point me in the right direction to install Oath?

Thanks!

Carol

Hi,

This appears to be a server configuration issue rather than a WHMCS software matter, as the file mentioned in the error is not part of WHMCS, rather part of your server's PHP configuration.

Does the /opt/cpanel/ea-php70/root/usr/lib64/php/modules/oath.so file definitely exist on your server?
