Getting domain available and unavailable at the same time

Hi, I thought I may have fixed this issue by re-setting up a registrar and domain pricing a couple of times and only using the Standard Whois option but I am still getting both red domain unavailable and green available notices after selecting a domain. Can anyone suggest how I can fix this so I only get the correct available or unavailable response from the standard whois selection?

Also, the suggestions spinner just keeps spinning, but sometimes it has worked. Any clues for that?

what you're seeing shouldn't occur, so two questions...

1. are the standard_cart orderform templates modified in any way? e.g template edits, hooks etc... are you using a custom main theme (e.g not a clean version of Six?

2. how many alternate suggestion TLDs do you have? if it's more than 10-15 TLDs with standard whois, then you may be preforming too many lookups.

Sorry about the double attachments. I thought I removed the large one before uploading a resized smaller one but the first large one is still there, obviously. I couldn't find anyway to edit the post after posting either.

1. I have just done a fresh reinstall and using the standard_cart. The only thing I did, so far, is copy templates/six to another name and now using that theme. I noticed just now I had not edited the theme.yaml file so not sure if that had anything to do with it.

2. Checking now... just six of them until I understand how things are meant to work. The registrar is SynergyWholesale (updated Ventura module I think).

Appreciate any suggestion you might have.
