An Error I don't understand.

I keep getting the following error from whmcs and I don't understand how to fix it.

can anyone help? How do I find out what file was not found?

have you installed WHMCS into the correct place?

 

Wordpress site => statichosting.org

WHMCS site => clients.statichosting.org/whmcs/

 

I assume you wanted to install your WHMCS site to clients.statichosting.org ??

 

if so, either move the files or delete and reinstall again in the correct folder.

ok, fair enough.

 

404.shtml is missing though, so that makes sense.

with regards to the second, are there any warnings in help -> system health check

 

though frankly, if you say it's working fine, and these errors are visible to the client, then ignoring might be an option - WHMCs can throw up errors for all sorts of reasons, but seemingly continues to function despite them...

 

opening a ticket with support might help to clarify the second problem.
