adroitssd
Hello, All of my 2checkout we book messages are getting failed. Module settings are correct but I don't find anything on gateway log. Gateway log is totally blank. Contacted with 2checkout they posted the following reply: "Your server returns the following response. Vendor: 2135952 Sequence: 2048 Destination URI: https://www.xxxxxx.com/clients/modules/gateways/callback/tco.php Message Type: REFUND_ISSUED Notification Type: HTTP_POST Invoice Id: 106198398214 Line Item Id: 106258195573 Fail Reason: Internal System Error" Then Contacted with server admin they said there was no log in the server or no Internal system error. What could be the reason? Is there anything behind whmcs that pretending 2checkout Instant notifiction? Edited July 17, 2017 by adroitssd
allismagic1
for the INS in webhook try using http instead of https. It worked for me. So instead of https://www.xxxxxx.com/clients/modules/gateways/callback/tco.php use http://www.xxxxxx.com/clients/modules/gateways/callback/tco.php
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 19, 2017 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 19, 2017 Hi, If there's no entry in the WHMCS Gateway Log, that means the INS didn't reach as far as the /callback/tco.php file, so something in the server/firewall configuration must have caused it to fail. And then I found allismajic1's post. Problem solved. WHMCS should definitely update their documentation. Or better still, 2Checkout should update their system. Either way, thanks dude!
