erotmil
I searched using the words above read documentation and still can not see or find how to edit the "content" on a newly setup WHMCS site . for example on the front page the "NEWS paragraph says Thank you for choosing WHMCS! Welcome to WHMCS! You have made a great choice and we want to help you get up and running as quickly as possible. This is a sample announcement. Announcements are a great way to keep your customers informed about news and special offers. You can edit or delete this announcement by logging into the admin area and navigating to Support How do I edit that (news) and: Announcements page Knowledgebase articles (are there any pre-written I can paste in) sounds like a newbie question I know, but I just don't see it anywhere in the setup/general etc links its probably in there, inspect element won't show a page , I'm certainly not editing it in the database unless that's the only way Thanks for any help
RadWebHosting
In WHMCS admin, under Support -> Announcements, you can add new Announcements, and edit existing announcements.
brian!
Knowledgebase articles (are there any pre-written I can paste in) https://docs.whmcs.com/Support_Center#Knowledgebase with regards to pre-written articles, one option (actually the only one that springs to mind) is PreMadeKB WHMCS Knowledgebase. forum thread - https://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?96250-Ready-Made-Knowledgebase-Articles-with-Images-for-WHMCS though check out the Marketplace/forum reviews - especially those complaining about the English grammar... a lot of the grammar used in the articles is very poor to say the least - personally, I wouldn't use it even if it were free - or if I did, i'd have to spend time rewriting the articles to make sense grammatically... therefore, you might as well write them yourself from scratch and personalise them to your own site/products.
