brian!
My problem is: After choose hosting plan, I redirected to https://www.tongohost.com/cart.php?a=add&pid=49 where I need "Choose a Domain..." But at this step I stuck. No one of variant with domains not show field for domain and no Button for next step. it's a template / .js issue because if you use the default "Six" template, then the cart works fine. https://www.tongohost.com/cart.php?a=add&pid=49&systpl=six it appears that you're using an old v6 template with a v7.2 installation - but the v7 templates have some major differences from v6, as outlined in the page below. https://docs.whmcs.com/WHMCS_7.1_Asset_Changes what you'll need to do if it's a purchased custom template, is contact the developer for an updated version, or if it's changes you've made yourself, compare your template to Six and make the appropriate changes to the header and footer templates, and possibly others templates too. I can also see an issue with your domain registration page too - namely the pricing table not using the correct language strings... which might mean your language files are outdated too.
messir
Hi I fixed the issue. Would you give advice what to do with this template error https://www.tongohost.com/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase Thanks
brian!
the error being that it's full width? it's going to be a missing/wrong .css class somewhere... if this is a v7+ release, i'd be concerned that you aren't calling all.min.css
