WHMCS is slow

I have noticed that my WHMCS has become very slow, especially when accessing the Addon Modules page in the admin area. It is taking 1-2 minutes to load some pages. I don't have a ton of clients (less than 10) and my WHMCS is hosted on an Intel Xeon E3-1220 V2 3.1GHZ, Quad Core server with 8GB RAM running cPanel/CloudLinux. I'm guessing it's the database slowing things down or it could be an addon module. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to investigate the issue and figure out what is bogging things down? I'm using WHMCS version 7.2.2 with PHP 5.6.

Do you have an Addon who is old and not updated? Start with the default Addons from a new install and see if the problem resolves then.

I was having the same issues. I finally found the issue was with an addon called Fast track. Once I disabled it the system was back to normal right away. I have notified WHMCS in a service ticket about this.

if Fast Track is a 3rd-party addon, then you'd be better off contacting the developer - or ideally, don't upgrade WHMCS until all your addons have been upgraded by their developers.

I have several addons, so I'll go through them and see if I can find any that may be slowing things down.
