yaykeny Posted May 26, 2017 Share Posted May 26, 2017 Hi, Clients are getting an "incorrect password" error when logging into client area. I have checked this myself and it does indeed fail. Seems to have been after the upgrade last week. I have corrected a cron job issue I had after the upgrade but wondered if anyone had come across the login issue? The issue was being caused by an upgrade to WHMCS but I did not update a template I was using from whmcsthemes. Looking forward to digging in. However, I can't login. It does claim to NOT know my email address. I was getting in for a few days, came back to look at it and now can't login in.
