Entering to administrative area

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I can not modify whmcs settings in administrative area, because I can not login with my admin password.

I've bought a new whmcs license, becaues I need an urgent solution, but I'm facing the same problem when using the brand new, fresh install...

I'm not able to get into the modification area with the only one admin user.

Do you have any idea how can I solve this problem?

Thank you!

you are unable to access Admin Area at all, or the General Settings area only?

have you checked the Activity Log for any error records: Admin -> Utilities -> Logs -> Activity Log ?

explain the situation further so we can provide a helpful suggestion/solution

Hi, I sent a ticket (id: #BVY-979091 ) with the login details.

I cannot to access to the General settings, Automations settings, Staff management, Payments, OpenID, Other>Banned ips, Banned Emails, Database backups.

Activity log doesn't show the login attempts.

Thank you!

I have the same issue, cannot login to certain areas of the administration after being able to login to the main administrative area. This may be related to use of cookies since I could not login to the main administrative area unless I checked 'remember me'. However, for the General settings etc, there is no 'remember me' check box so I cannot login there. Any pointers?

you could try Joe's action hook - that will remove the requirement to enter a password in General Settings (and some of the other places too).
