What he is trying to do is have there be hours included with support tickets so that the information can be logged for billing purposes upon the support ticket being closed. He also wanted to know if there was a way to do this without some type of addon. I've only been working with this system for about a week so I am still very new so I would appreciate it if anybody with more expertise could help out. instinctively, I think if you want to automate this, then you might need an addon - Marketplace will be the place to look for such a module. but if all you need is to make a manual note of the hours taken per ticket, you might be able to use the admin notes option, or perhaps a custom field and make it admin only. http://docs.whmcs.com/Support_Tickets#Admin_Notes then the information will be stored in the database and you'll be able to access it via the admin area and/or by running a report/sql query. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
joshhw Posted May 19, 2017 Author Share Posted May 19, 2017 I was hoping for a little more direction with something people have used. I tried the wbtimelogs and it was pretty close. I also didn't know if there might be other places to buy such a module.
