stormer
Anytime i access a product link (e.g. https://stormerhost.com/clients/cart.php?a=add&pid=1'>https://stormerhost.com/clients/cart.php?a=add&pid=1) for the first time ..the url redirects to the cart.php page. (https://stormerhost.com/clients/cart.php )... if I go back and try the url again then I am taken to the actual product page. I have no idea what is causing this. ..please help me out. Thanks in advance.
brian!
i'm not sure that the error exists when you use the "Six" template... I don't think it does - but that's always a good first thing to try when something isn't working right and you've got a custom theme. it might be worth contacting the Zionhost template developers to rule out that being the issue.
twhiting9275
I can confirm that this doesn't do this with 'Six' , at least in the latest 7.1 release This runs straight to the product, which it should. Based on what testing I could do here, this isn't a theme issue, but something to do with one of your addons or hooks. Since that above link is the 'six' template (forced), to your own site, it's safe to rule out the theme itself. Take a look at your custom addons and hooks, double check your htaccess customizations if they exist
stormer
It is still the same problem when I use the "Six" template. I contacted the developers at zionhost and they said the issue had nothing to do this their template...
twhiting9275
You are correct. As I posted above, this isn't a template issue. However, this isn't a WHMCS issue either, specifically, as WHMCS by default doesn't so this (at least in up to date versions). This leaves us with addon and hooks. One of the two is causing this
brian!
it seems to be working fine now - btw, you've spelt "Comodo" wrong on all your product names.
