thomasNL
Hello, i have had 3 clients during the last couple of weeks who tried to transfer their domain name but the transfer dit not succeed due to domain age: A domain name is in the first 60 days of an initial registration period. Can't i prevent this from happening and force the user to choose setting nameservers of the age is <60 days? Or at least show a warning message in this form? : Any advice is being appreciated!
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 8, 2017 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 8, 2017 Hi, Currently WHMCS performs a straight forward 'is available' check on the lookup. However I can see how checking for other transfer elibility requirements could be a useful feature. Feel free to add your vote to this existing idea: https://requests.whmcs.com/topic/do-not-allow-orders-to-transfer-domains-with-less-than-60-days-old
