WHMCS New Client manual validation

Recommended Posts

I am a web developer. I have a hosting setup. But I'm not serious about hosting business.

So, I don't expect and never had an unknown user purchase from my hosting site.

Now, For security issue I shutted down WHMCS long time. AND now I'm managing user billing manually.

I'm wondering, if I have a solution. for Manual validation of new user registration before new user can login.

- I don't want to completely disable user registration

- but after user registration, they will call me and I will accept manually. so they can login.

1. Is there any trick to prevent login until manual admin validation.

or

2. Is there any addon to manage this?

Please help. Thanks

This can be done by disabling "automatic setup product" under product configuration. With this customers will be able to sign-up, pay but won't be able use the service unless you accept the order manually. You can also select an email template asking customers to call you to validate and get the service activated.

you can use any of these ActionHook functions or improve them to get the desired result :
