I'm using the Markdown Guide on Github as reference. If I wanted to embed an image, into a support ticket reply, I would use this code:

It just doesn't work though. May you please advise?

1. person visit mywebsite.tld/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=4

2. user types in email, subject and message but inside message field they paste

with some extra sample text

3. they visit the ticket in the browser, image does not appear.

4. admin on whmcs check ticket, in admin area, and image does not appear

5. admin replies with text and inline image but instead, gets empty box in admin area

6. person visit ticket in browser, the email does not have image

7. person checks inbox to read ticket reply, image does not exist
