johnw
Hi While I was logged into WHMCS I received an order. I don't know if that was the reason that the order handling stopped and I did not receive the "New order notification" email and I have a modul that transfers the invoice to my accounting software that also did not get run. That have never happend before. The customer did receive all the emails he should and there is no error in the log files. Is it possible to manuel run the "whmcs to accounting software module" or what can I do? Best regards, John
brian!
are there any clues (errors) in the activity log at the time of the order - utilities -> logs -> activity log... e.g does it say the email was sent to you ? with regards to your accounting module, that's probably a question better pointed to it's developer - they'll know whether it can be run manually or not.

brian!
Hi John, There is no errors in the activity log and it does not say that the email has been sent. then it wasn't sent - so we can forget about a mail issue... something must have prevented it from being sent. first port of call should probably be the accounting module developer - they'll know if the module caused the error or if something happened before the module should have ran.
