Ticket ID in ticket signature

Hey,

 

Is it possible to add HTML to a support ticket signature? We're trying to add NiceReply to our desk and to do so need to add the ticket ID to the URL.

 

It seems the merge fields for the client name and email address are possible but nothing more.

 

The URL we need to add is in the form http://survey.domain.com/agentname/ticketid

 

Is there any way to do this?

You can do most of what you're after, take a look at the markdown guide. Yes, this is applicable for the marketplace, as well as tickets (and signatures).

 

You can't put the ticket id into the signature, but you can put everything else you need in there.
