system53
Hi, Tell me something I need I don't know whether it is possible. For example, the customer interface when a customer presses a button of our choosing automatic will send ticket to the support department ready. For example: Button: Restart The Server When the customer presses this button, will send an automatic ticket. For example: Department: Operations Department Ticket Title: Restart Message: Re-Initialization Request Is Posted. In this regard, I wish to have help from Brian and other knowledgeable friends. Thanks in advance, I would.
twhiting9275
You need to spend some time reading through the documentation and developer pages, obviously. What you're after is possible, but you seem to want everyone to do everything for you here. Read through the documentation, find a way to do it, then do it. It's not that hard.
steven99
Very easy to do via the API: https://developers.whmcs.com/api-reference/openticket/ You can either use a plain php file outside of whmcs' directory (so it wont be mixed up / overwritten by updates) with the example code given for external API. Or if you're using a custom server module, add the button as a client area service button, and put the internal API for open ticket.

But it said a long and detailed study is needed on your site and you said You wouldn't do this process. Now, this is too easy, and you are asking the developer to look at their page.
