nvidian
Hello, I'm new with WHMCS and its my initial installation. I have this warning at System Health: The system cron does not appear to have completed successfully within the last 24 hours. WHMCS ChrisD
Hello nvidian, This indicates that the cron is dropping out at the point in which it is processing the Server Usage Stats. The most likely cause of this error is that you have an old server in Setup > Servers that is no longer available. To resolve this, you should update or remove any inactive or offline servers from Setup > Servers so that they can all be connected to successfully. Or alternatively Update Usage Statistics can be disabled under Setup > Automation Settings.
nvidian
Sorry I forgot to mention the version of WHMCS and panels: - WHMCS 7.1.1. - 1 server running Plesk Onyx - 1 server running Plesk 12.5 I have 2 servers, both running Plesk and last time I checked TEST CONNECTION it said "SUCCESSFUL!". Also Id try module create provision and it work without problem. Does it means that WHMCS 7.1.1 still has some issue with Plesk ?
nvidian
UPDATE: After I disable server with Plesk 12.5 and keep Plesk Onyx server enabled - cron.php now run until it finished/completed. Like I said above, I did try TEST CONNECTION and module create provision without problem, so I dont think its a "inactive or offline server" issue.
twhiting9275
Obviously we aren't really able to help you with this in this forum. Some things need a ticket. open a ticket, they'll take a look, and if it needs an internal case opened, they will
